Let's talk
Technical Product Marketing Manager

Lane
Kuska

I make complex technology make sense — and make people want it.
I build the whole story end to end, from positioning to final cut.

In one line

Translating complex technology
into stories that sell.

I make highly technical products digestible for everybody — turning AI platforms into industry-specific, persona-tailored narratives that actually move buyers.

90%
Sales adoption, week one

Gave sales their exact use case — in their language.

Turned one highly technical AI platform into plug-and-play demo suites across banking, insurance, utilities, hospitality and IT. I built the AI agents, recorded the demos, and edited it all end-to-end — first assets live in three weeks.

Strategic Partnerships · Partner Marketing
50+
Microsoft sellers enabled

Made it easy for Microsoft to sell us.

Parloa runs on Azure — but Microsoft's sellers had nothing to hand customers. I scoped it, wrote the script, built a live demo agent from scratch, and produced the first partner video. Six weeks, start to final cut.

PMM Infrastructure · Asset Systems
50%
Faster new-rep ramp

Built the system, not just the assets.

The company's first centralized demo + knowledge hub — ~100 assets, 25 demo videos, 200 internal users. New commercial reps now ramp in two weeks instead of four.

Field Marketing · Video Production
15
Events, US & EMEA

Told the whole story in the seconds a booth gets.

Led the post-rebrand booth video end-to-end and ran on-site messaging across 15 events — Microsoft AI Tour, CCW Vegas, Reuters NYC. 50–200 new contacts each, one consistent story.

Thought Leadership · PR Strategy
Forbes
Feature + 4 publications

Put us in Forbes — in business language, from engineering's mouth.

Pulled insight from AI strategy, product, and the CPO and turned it into bylines in Forbes, CRMXchange, DestinationCRM and VKTR. Recognized at the all-hands as a US-visibility win.

How I work

Make the technical
digestible.

That's the whole job — and it drives everything I do. I take an AI platform that behaves differently by industry and persona and turn it into narratives that actually resonate: their use case, their language, their reason to care. And I don't just make content — I build systems. I get hands-on in the product, build the AI agents myself, write the scripts, record the demos, edit the video and audio, and organize it all so it scales as the product evolves.

The best marketing doesn't feel like marketing. It feels like finally getting it.

Lane Kuska · the whole philosophy, really
What sets me apart

A one-woman studio,
end to end.

I create across audio, video, and text — strategy through final cut, built by hand. I understand the technology deeply enough to explain it simply, and the buyer deeply enough to know what will land — an instinct sharpened by years in enterprise sales before I moved into marketing. When I see a gap, I fill it; when there's no playbook, I write one.
